Our coordination function manages delivery across all active modules with a single point of contact.

Each module is scoped individually based on the specific client need, deliverables and timeline. We provide a clear proposal before work begins, outlining scope, deliverables, fees and delivery schedule. There are no hidden charges or open-ended billing structures.

Yes. While our office is on Great Portland Street in London, we serve clients across the United Kingdom and internationally. Most module work can be delivered remotely, with in-person meetings available for London-based clients when required.

Every module delivery includes documented outputs specified in the engagement proposal, a review stage where you can request adjustments within scope, and a formal handover package. Ongoing modules such as accounting and payroll include regular reporting cycles as defined in the service agreement.

Most single-module engagements can be scoped and activated within five to ten business days of your initial request. Multi-module systems may require additional coordination time. We respond to all requests within two business days with an initial scope assessment.
